Complete All Forms: Fill out all required forms completely. Incomplete forms will be processed with missing information will be marked as "no," which may affect your application status. If you are paying via check, please complete and print the application form and include it in the mailing envelope with your payment.
Payment Details: Ensure all checks are made payable to TCPIADMT to avoid processing delays.
